​     We’re two food industry veterans with over 20 years experience between us. We both believe that the care you put into making food – the quality of ingredients, tools, and preparation – is directly felt by the people enjoying it. We also happen to drink a lot of coffee!

     Put the two together and we noticed that most cafes, even some of the best, only manage to nail ingredients and preparation, failing to preserve the quality of their tools. The same way a chef’s knife needs to be maintained  to be effective, so does coffee equipment. 

     That’s why we started Cat & Coffee Service. We want to help cafes to more completely convey their care to customers through well maintained tools. We care about coffee, and we care about you.
